The breakfast was a local experience worth trying, with tasty huevos, frijoles, platanos, and tortillas. the hotel's location was perfect for visiting the nearby Tonantzintla, which was the purpose of our visit. the change of rooms was quickly handled when we reported an issue, which demonstrated good customer service.

We were awoken abruptly at 5 am by what we later learned was a tradition for celebrating saints. The loud noise, which we initially thought were gunshots, and the unexpectedness of the event made us and the children feel quite scared.

The breakfast was tasty with a great selection of local dishes such as huevos and frijoles, platanos, and tortillas. the location was perfect for our needs as we were attending a wedding at a nearby venue. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains from our room.

The rooms were quite dark and had a slight odor from the shower drain. We requested a room change which helped with the odor but the lighting was still dim.
